Afra Bridge over the river Bhairab
Details
Afra River flowing through Sheikhhati Union. The Afra Bridge was built in 2004 on the river. The length of the bridge is 100 meters. The bridge connects Tularampur and Sheikhhati Unions of Narail Sadar, Basundia of Jessore Sadar and Abhaynagar Upazila of Jessore district. The bridge facilitates communication in the area. In particular, it has merged the two parts of Sekhhati and has been playing a major role in communicating with Shekhhati commercially with Jessore and Nawapara.
